Darejani Palace

Near to Metekhi, there is the “”Sachino” that is “Darejani’s Palace”, ehich was built in 70es of XVIII century according to the order of Darejani the consort of King Erekle II. Palace is built by Georgian bricks and river stones which most likely are remnant of the ancient castle. From the rounded balcony of palace opens great view of the city and the river, and there is a little church near aside of the palace
