Ik ben Gela — van Georgische afkomst, woonachtig in Nederland en werkzaam in de ICT. Georgië is niet alleen het land waar ik vandaan kom; het is het land dat ik draag. In zijn bergen heb ik leren kijken. Aan zijn tafels heb ik leren luisteren. En in zijn mensen heb ik iets herkend dat ik altijd mee wilde nemen.
I am Gela — of Georgian origin, living in the Netherlands and working in ICT. Georgia is not just the country I come from; it is the country I carry with me. In its mountains I learned to look. At its tables I learned to listen. And in its people I recognised something I always wanted to bring along.
